"We are currently using the Optiqroute 2180 to handle redundancy and load balancing between our T3 and bonded T1 circuit. We have three units altogether, two for failover and 1 for our remote location. At first we were thinking about implementing BGP, but it would take a lot of project management. After some more research for a simpler solution and Alvaco's offer of a 45 day trial program with support and no obligation, including free shipping, we could not refuse. I have never seen a company that sends out high end equipment to test for 45 days without any obligation. Competitive brands wouldn't do that. HyperDNS option is very nice and straight forward. Optiqroute is a complete solution that handles all vpn, security and DNS as well as redundancy. We had a competitive product, but we prefer the Optiqroute line of products. Alvaco's tech support is excellent!!!! They are not only there to help you solve any issues, but also train you and show you how and why they do things. I tested the unit by unplugging the fiber line and the unit provide fail-over instantly to the bonded T1. Our customers didn't even know there were changes being done to our website."
